Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging and tags.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted / sale items
  • Shoes that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Shoes with visible signs of wear
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned after the 30-day return period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your shoes for the same style and size, email us at contact@uaeshoe.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned shoes, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged shoes may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
